The story is about the resurrection of a Mongolian coal mine, which together with a proposed railroad to China, can provide coking coal cheaper than Australian producers. The risks are political and in execution. This is a 1% position and the stock may go to zero. A crash in HK small caps last week gave an opportunity to buy.
